In the Financial Services sector IBM works with a handful of carefully chosen partners to deliver complete solutions in fields such as CRM, knowledge management, and HR. The problem was: how to bring to life the power and customer benefits of those partnerships in an engaging way?

CCI organised and facilitated a series of one-on-one workshops between IBM and individual partners, each around a deliberately provocative agenda. Not only did that process tease out persuasive content for succinct partnership value propositions based upon real life marketplace issues – something that IBM and its Financial Services partners had never had before – but also it brought to the surface underlying loose ends for later resolution.
