Tenant Active Systems (TAS) case study
Today, any place where people crowd together in large numbers – airport, station, and cinema among them – finds itself added to the growing list of potential terrorist targets. In facing such broad threats, where concerted co-ordinated action can be required, shopping centre managers have to be able to communicate rapidly and effectively with their retail tenants. Tenant Active Systems (TAS) Limited recognised that risk management requirement, and developed just such a communications system.
In launching its product into the retail marketplace – not just in the UK, but internationally too – TAS turned to CCI for a comprehensive solution. As well as advising on the overall launch strategy, CCI provided assistance with organising and presenting at customer seminars. The CCI team also developed product brochures, PowerPoint packs, video scripts, and case studies. In testament to its success, TAS has now been installed in shopping centres around the UK and there is considerable global interest.
